ITCare LB does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment data. Online payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider when integration is enabled.
4. Notifications
Internal notifications may be sent to ITCare LB when a ticket or order is created. These notifications are used only for operational follow-up.
5. Retention
Tickets, orders, and customer information may be retained for support history, billing follow-up, plan management, and service quality.
